The notes from this meeting provide us with the essential information we need to start the planning and estimation process.

Once we have established a working relationship, the design and documentation process can commence. Often our clients have their own preferred architects but if not, we facilitate meetings between you and our design alliance partners to arrive at your ideal design; a fully documented and detailed set of plans.

Next, working closely with the architect we produce a documented timeline and begin the process of supply and demand for all the materials necessary to complete your project. Our suppliers and contractors have proven themselves reliable; and so we start construction with confidence that all materials and expertise will arrive at the right place and on time.

With all the paper work settled, council documents in order and the plan of action always accessible; we arrive at your premises on the agreed date and proceed with the enactment of the project. If you are in attendance (i.e. Renovation or Extension), our focus is to reduce disruption to your daily routines as much as possible. This involves deliberate and careful management of our equipment, site access as well as demonstrated respect for your needs and privacy.

Total Quality Management is at the core of our business philosophy, so to ensure that all work meets both ours and you quality expectations, we thoroughly inspect every aspect of the project during construction and at its final stages. If we notice something that needs correcting we do so promptly and usually within the scope of the brief and budget.
